Were looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a full-desk role for someone who can confidently manage the full recruitment lifecycle and build long-term client relationships.
The Role
Youll be responsible for:
* Managing a full 360 desk business development, client management, and candidate delivery
* Winning new business and growing existing client accounts
* Taking detailed briefs and delivering high-quality shortlists
* Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
* Negotiating fees, terms, and offers
* Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement and aftercare
About You
* Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant
* Track record of consistent billings
* Strong business development and relationship-building skills
* Commercial mindset with a consultative approach
* Confident communicator who thrives in a target-driven environment
