YOUR ROLE
Based in Solihull, our automotive operation provides supply chain and logistics services for a prestigious client. We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused HR Resolution Manager to join our team. The role involves providing employee relations advice, support, case management, and regular liaison with senior management.
This position offers hybrid working, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will coach and support people managers on employment law issues, manage complex cases to resolution, and mitigate the risk of employee tribunals. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners on case management and union activities.
You will record all employee relations cases in a case management system, analyze data, and produce reports to identify issues and trends, increasing awareness in people management.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The ideal candidate will have proven employee relations experience, a strong understanding of employment law (preferably in unionized environments), and experience developing and implementing employee relations policies and procedures aligned with organizational needs.
We seek a resilient, empathetic individual capable of building credible relationships with stakeholders and guiding managers through complex ER cases.
