What You’ll Be Doing
As National Sales Admin Assistant, you’ll play a key support role for our National Key Accounts Team, helping keep things running smoothly for some of our most important customers. Day to day that means:
* Managing and coordinating backorder reports across customers, branches, and suppliers
* Supporting customers with admin queries including proof of delivery requests and invoice issues
* Providing general support to the Key Accounts Team where needed
It’s a varied, people-focused role where you’ll get visibility across different parts of the business and build skills that open doors.
What We’re Looking For
We don’t need a stack of experience; what matters most is the right attitude. We’re looking for someone who:
* Communicates confidently with customers and colleagues
* Is willing to learn and take initiative
* Can work independently as well as part of a team
It’d be a bonus if you have some experience in a customer-facing environment, good IT skills (Google Workspace or Microsoft), and a basic understanding of spreadsheets, but these aren’t essential.
