About the Role: As a Science Teacher, you will plan and deliver lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring students develop their scientific knowledge, practical skills, and critical thinking abilities. You will create a structured and motivating classroom environment, supporting students to achieve their full potential. Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Science lessons across multiple key stages. Support students’ learning and progression through differentiated teaching. Manage classroom behaviour to maintain a positive and safe learning environment. Monitor and assess student performance, providing constructive feedback. Collaborate with colleagues to develop resources, schemes of work, and interventions. Maintain accurate records of student progress, attainment, and attendance. Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience. Experience teaching Science at Key Stage 3/4 is preferred. Strong classroom management and organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire, engage, and motivate students.
