Participation Officer to join their Children Services.</p><p>The purpose of a Participation Officer issupport and advocate on behalf of our children and young people to ensure that they have a voice in Children’s Service that can create improvements for the service.</p><p>Previous experience working with children is essential for this role.</p><h3><strong>Key responsibilities include</strong></h3><ul><li>Coordinate and supervise the current participation activitieswithin the service</li><li>To implementof Mind of My Own within the service.</li><li>To support the effective involvement and influence of children in care and care leavers in the corporate parenting committee.</li><li>To provide relevant feedback to children in care on the outcomes of their consultations and other activities.</li></ul><h3><strong>Criteria</strong></h3><ul><li>Previous experience working with children and young people</li><li>Previous experience working in a social care or childcare
