We are seeking
a highly organised and customer-focused Senior Admissions Advisor to join our Academic Programmes team and play a key role in delivering an outstanding admissions experience. Key responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day admissions processes, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with University policies and GDPR
2. Coordinate interview processes and support academic selection decisions
3. Manage post-offer processes, including offer documentation and confirmation tracking
4. Represent the School at recruitment events, webinars and open days
5. Monitor budgets and resources for assigned activities
You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, alongside the ability to clearly interpret and convey complex information. Highly organised and detail-oriented, you will be able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, particularly when handling sensitive data.
