An exciting digital-first business in London is looking for a Conversion Manager to drive performance-led optimisation across customer journeys and acquisition funnels.
Office Policy: Hybrid, minimum 2 days per week on site
Contract Length: 6 Months
Start Date: ASAP
Lead performance-focused CRO initiatives across acquisition and retention journeys
Build, run and analyse AB and multivariate tests, landing pages and personalised content flows
Use heuristics, UX/UI insight and performance data to design conversion-optimised experiences
Work cross-functionally with SEO, media, affiliates and CRM to align conversion tactics with channel plans
Must be able to travel internationally (up to 10%)
5+ years' experience in CRO or performance marketing
~ Strong track record of building, running and scaling test programmes
~ Deep understanding of user journeys, digital behaviours and what drives action
~ Data-literate and confident interpreting analytics into commercially relevant insight
~ Must have UK or EU work and travel rights
