This isnt just another HR job. As a People Adviser, youll play a key role in shaping how we support, grow, and develop our people. Youll be: Providing trusted HR advice across a wide range of employee relations matters Working closely with school leaders to support the full employee lifecycle Helping with the ongoing implementation of our brand-new HRIS Supporting change, and collaborating on trust-wide projects Visiting schools primarily in North Suffolk/South Norfolk, with occasional travel further afield and working from home too! Youll be mentored by one of our experienced People Partners, giving you the guidance and space to grow as a people professional.
