Front End Engineering Lead (React TypeScript) Remote UK to £115k Do you have expertise with Front End development combined with leadership skills? Your role: As a Front End Engineering Lead you will remain hands-on with Front End Engineering (focusing on architecture and design) whilst heading-up a small, cross functional team with responsibility for the delivery and technical quality of all features and applications in that area as well as the teams personal development. Youll guide the definition of the technical roadmap, ensuring that the system complies with software engineering standards for maintainability, reliability, scalability and security; supporting the team to ensure they can deliver on time, managing resources and removing blockers as well as providing training and career development paths to drive continuous improvement.
