Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows what it takes to deliver exceptional service? Two Maids of Malvern and Two Maids of Lower Merion are looking for a Service Operations Manager to help grow, support, and elevate our team of Professional House Cleaners (PHCs).
This is a critical role that combines leadership, training, customer care, and operations support. You'll be part coach, part quality control, and part get-it-done specialist helping us deliver the kind of clean our customers rave about.
What You'll Do:
* Oversee daily operations for Two Maids of Malvern and Lower Merion, both run from our Malvern office
* Ensure PHCs are properly trained and consistently meet performance and quality standards
* Participate in the hiring and onboarding process to build a strong, reliable team
* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
* Perform regular in-home quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction
* Step in to assist with cleans as needed
* Pack and organize caddies, refill cleaning supplies, manage vacuum maintenance, and handle daily laundry duties (washing/folding rags)
* Reach out to customers via phone or text for satisfaction check-ins
* Proactively handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and care
* Communicate regularly and effectively with both customers and team members
What We're Looking For:
* Prior professional cleaning experience is a must
* Managerial or team leadership experience is required
* High level of professionalism, reliability, and communication skills
* Ability to lead by example, stay organized, and adapt to daily challenges
* Willingness to be hands-on and proactive to help our business grow
* Must be available from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (most days end by 4:30 PM, but flexibility is needed as we grow)
* A clean, reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and active car insurance are required
Compensation & Perks:
