£30,000 - £33,000 per annum + commission
The Role:
* Provide exceptional customer service and expert styling advice to clients.
* Actively engage in clienteling to build and maintain a loyal customer base.
* Work towards and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
* Maintain impeccable merchandise presentation standards.
* Act as a keyholder, responsible for opening and closing the store.
* Manage in-store administrative tasks and generate sales reports.
* Contribute to efficient back-of-house operations.
About You:
* Highly motivated and commercially aware with a passion for the luxury market.
* Dedicated to providing unparalleled customer service.
* Proven ability to drive sales.
* Calm and composed demeanour with strong interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
* Organised and detail-oriented, comfortable with administrative tasks and reporting.
* Reliable and dedicated with a demonstrated history of longevity on your CV.
* Able to commute to Bicester on a daily basis.
* Luxury retail background preferred but not essential.
