Job Duties:
Craigavon TV Service Centre Ltd repairs televisions on behalf of all major manufacturers and electrical retailers throughout Ireland. We are the only manufacturer-approved service centre in Ireland for Samsung, LG, Panasonic, TCL and Philips.
We require an additional TV field service technician. Our field service technicians cover all of Ireland from our workshop base in Lurgan.

The successful applicant will be repairing televisions in customers' homes and electrical stores throughout Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, on behalf of TV manufacturers, electrical retailers and insurance companies. Your start and finish point will be at our workshop in Lurgan each day. Working hours are 40 hours a week, spread across four work days Monday to Saturday. This is a four-day, 10 hours per day working week.
Qualifications/ Experience:
Be fully flexible, have good interpersonal skills and work to targets. Must be computer literate and have an interest in technology. Qualifications and / or experience in TV repairs or other electronic repairs is desirable, or previous experience in a field technician role. Previous successful candidates have come from different sectors and full training will be given.
Although this is primarily a field role, you may be in the workshop on some days, dependent on field call demand and/or workshop backlog.
As this is a field service role, a full UK driving licence is essential.
Initial training will be at our workshop in Lurgan, and is typically one to three weeks (Monday to Friday), depending on your current experience.

* Maintain accurate records of service calls and customer interactions.

* Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working in diverse environments.
