We are a fast‑growing, and as we expand, our working capital function plays an increasingly critical role in ensuring strong financial controls, efficient cash utilisation and high‑quality reporting. This role exists to strengthen that capability and support the Group’s continued growth.
The Role in Two Sentences
* You’ll oversee our core working capital processes across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Management and Banking, ensuring accuracy, control and efficiency.
* You’ll also supervise a team of five while driving continuous improvement across our finance operations.
What You'll Do
You will lead the month‑end close across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Cash Management, while overseeing all Group bank accounts to ensure accurate recording, strong controls and efficient cash flow. The role includes maintaining banking relationships, supporting account maintenance and mandates, completing regular reviews of bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies, and ensuring supplier payments are processed efficiently and on time.
You will uphold strong financial controls by ensuring compliance with internal policies, audit requirements and reporting deadlines, while reviewing reconciliations, journals and documentation for accuracy. You’ll also drive improvements by recommending and implementing process enhancements, including automation opportunities, and provide day‑to‑day leadership, coaching and support to a team of five.
