You will be involved in:
4. Sourcing candidates
5. Ensuring we have a leading social media presence
6. Submitting candidates to roles nationwide
7. Ensuring our candidates are safeguarded for each role.
You will be trained in all the aspects of a successful career in recruitment. This grounding will give you a great opportunity to develop into a giving you the opportunity to learn the best ways to become a top performer.
The ideal person will be:
8. A recent graduate with some work experience in a customer service or sales.
9. Someone who is confident on the phone. Most of this role involves being on the phone and we want you to use these transferable skills with us.
10. Knows the right way to engage people in conversation – this role is all about developing relationships.
11. Great on social media – you will be involved in advertising for roles and raising our profile on our platforms
12. Be used to video calling – we use this to speak to our candidates
13. IT competent – we have lots of systems that we currently work on
14. Target driven – recruitment is all about hitting those targets and KPIs – you will be used to working to deadlines each week and achieving
