Telecommunications Administrator -eHealth - Digital Operations
To provide a quality comprehensive administrative service within the Telecommunications team within eHealth.

Qualifications
* SVQ III in ICT/Telecommunications and/or administration or equivalent; ability to demonstrate electronic office systems, understanding of telecommunications products and administrative experience including spreadsheet and database skills.
* Ability to use Microsoft Office suite, with particular attention to Microsoft Visio.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team environment.
* Leadership qualities are an advantage.
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Any Telecommunications industry specific qualifications.
* Experience dealing with telecommunications service providers.
* Experience with telecommunications billing.
* Understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, fixed line and mobile.
* Car driver with a full, valid UK/EU/EEA driver’s licence.
* Leadership qualities are an advantage.
Contract Type
* Permanent, Full time, 37 hours per week.
Location and Working Pattern
This role will be based in eHealth – Digital Operations within Kirklands – NHS Lanarkshire Headquarters. Applicants who are shortlisted for interview may be considered for similar vacancies in alternative locations.
