Temporary Finance Manager Experience Essentials
* Proven experience in senior financial management within the charity, environment, or related sectors.
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent).
* Familiarity with Sage or similar finance systems.
* Strong understanding of SORP, grant reporting, and managing restricted funding.
* Demonstrated ability to manage financial controls during organisational change.
* Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with a calm and pragmatic approach.
* Experience supporting senior leadership and managing teams or staff.
