As HR Business Partner, you will support the UK & Ireland Commercial leadership team in talent management, performance management, employee and leadership development, employee relations, change management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. You will help develop and implement HR priorities aligned with global HR standards and organizational goals. Join our team and contribute to our success!
What will you do?
* Serve as a consultant to leaders within the UK and European regions, focusing on the Commercial business and supporting other lines of business.
* Employ change management strategies to support business transformation.
* Support organizational change and design by collaborating with senior management and HR colleagues.
* Partner with the global HR team to provide value-added services aligning with business objectives.
* Work with Talent & Organizational Capability COE to improve engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
* Manage TUPE projects as needed, coordinating with departments and HR leadership.
* Lead talent management, succession planning, performance management, and compensation processes.
* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition regarding recruitment activities.
* Handle complex employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and develop performance improvement plans.
* Lead HR or business initiatives related to organizational change, culture, or rewards.
* Provide coaching and counseling to employees and managers on sensitive issues.

* Senior HR experience in a business-facing role, with expertise in talent management and employee relations.
* Change management and organizational development experience.
* Commitment to a 12-month contract.
