Job Description The HR Digital Business Partner serves as a strategic catalyst, driving digital transformation of the human resources functions to enhance organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and operational HR efficiency. This role bridges the gap between our People Strategy, HR Digital Strategy, business needs, and technological capabilities, ensuring that digital solutions are leveraged to their full potential in supporting the company's objectives. Here is how this role will help: Partnering with HR Operations Leadership Team to design, develop and propose strategic plans that align with operations, people and business objectives. Providing input and shaping the necessary Project deliveries aligned to strategic plans through the HR Project Portfolio process, including creation/validation of business cases and ROI calculations. Analyzing industry trends, market conditions and internal data in all people related matters to provide actionable insights that shape business strategy. Identifying opportunities for innovation, exploreing emerging trends and industry best practices, to propose pilots utilizing new technologies, processes, or products. Providing a consultancy approach, offering strategic recommendations to support growth, innovation, and process optimization. Acting as an ambassador for HR Digital’s strategy, vision and overall ambition across all work involvement. Partnering across HR Operations to enable maximum ROI from our HR Technologies in line with vendor releases. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on business priorities and initiatives. Facilitating cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective execution of business strategies. Representing the needs and perspectives of HR Operations in discussions with HR Digital Systems team, collaborating effectively through to conclusion. Quality assuring strategic digital projects, assuring architectural design and alignment with business objectives. Participating as an active member of relevant project Steering Committees, ensuring project issues are uncovered and effective resolutions or mitigations are taken.
