Key Responsibilities:
1. Leading, coaching, developing and inspiring your HOD team and front-line staff to deliver a fantastic customer experience with each visit.
2. Support your leadership team to develop their sports, fitness and family offering to ensure the right products are delivered at the right time to maximise participation, aid retention and improve the bottom line.
3. Work closely with the Membership department to develop and execute their sales and retention strategy to drive positive net member movement and member yield.
4. Full financial accountability; profit and loss, income, expenditure, debtors; helping set the budgets and business plan.
5. Ensure the facilities are always well maintained, clean and safe.
Person Specification:
6. Outgoing personality with the gravitas to lead and inspire large teams.
7. Strong business acumen with a track record in driving sales and improving the bottom line.
8. Experience of managing multiple departments and revenue streams.
9. Senior management experience within a multi-faceted multi-million sports leisure or fitness facility possibly as a Health Club Manager, Sports Centre Manager or General Manager.
10. Bags of ambition and drive.
11. A demonstrable passion for health and fitness.
