ACR Recruitment & Training LTD are looking for a passionate and motivated Nursery Manager with a minimum of Level 3 qualification in Childcare and substantial experience in managing busy nursery settings to work with a client based in Coventry. Candidates applying for this position should be available Monday to Friday. Nursery Manager Qualification: Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (essential) Proven experience in Nursery Management (essential) Knowledge of EYFS and OFSTED standards MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage nurseries ensuring high-quality childcare and a safe, stimulating environment for children. Ensuring all aspects of the key persons role are maintained. Oversee staff, provide training, and ensure the professional development of the nursery team.
