Each person requires full support in all aspects of daily life, making this a rewarding role where no two days are the same. Shift Patterns: Days Nights Sleeps Waking nights Every other weekend Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and continence support Prepare meals and support nutritional needs Monitor, record, and administer medication safely Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe use of equipment Support and accompany individuals to activities such as cinema trips, shopping, eating out, arts and crafts, and swimming Follow and adapt communication methods to suit each individuals unique style About You Kind, compassionate, and empathetic, with a genuine passion for complex care Flexible and adaptable, able to work varied shifts including days, nights, sleeps, waking nights, and every other weekend Effective communicator who can use a variety of communication tools and follow the individuals lead Willing to learn, develop, and grow within a specialist care environment If youre passionate about providing complex care and making a meaningful difference, apply today to join our supportive team at Stakesby Road!
