Assessment & Training Manager – Hybrid (London or Birmingham, 3 days a week in-office)

If so, read on. We’re looking for an Assessment Training Manager to lead the recruitment, training, engagement and performance of our global pool of Assessors. From Principal & Lead Assessors to Counsellors and Auditors.

What will the role involve? As our Training & Assessment Manager, you’ll:

• Analyse data to identify assessor gaps and ensure we have the right people in the right roles.

• Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of assessor training and engagement packages.

• Manage reward and recognition programmes to keep assessors motivated and valued.

• Support the delivery and refresh of assessor courses — ensuring materials are clear, current, and market-relevant.

• Co-manage global standardisation sessions, ensuring consistency across all assessments.

• Influence, support, and engage with Principal and Lead Assessors — who volunteer their expertise because of their passion for qualifications.


Who are we looking for? We want someone who can combine L&D expertise with operational efficiencies and assessment know-how, bringing:


• Experience designing and delivering training and engagement programmes.

• Strong skills in data analysis and gap assessment.

• Experience developing reward and recognition packages.

• Excellent organisational and project management skills.

• Confidence influencing others from senior assessors to global stakeholders.

• A background in learning & development, training, or assessments.
