Responsibilities
* Welcoming customers and providing a friendly, professional first impression
* Supporting visitors with enquiries and guiding them to the right services
* Managing appointments, including check-ins and issuing tickets
* Taking payments and processing service requests accurately
* Updating customer information on internal systems
* Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery
* Handling enquiries with care, efficiency, and a strong customer focus
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A calm, patient and empathetic approach
* Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
* Confidence using IT systems and handling customer information accurately
* A positive, team-focused attitude
