Teacher of Drama and Music
Required for 1st September 2026

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and forward-thinking Teacher of Drama and Music to join our committed and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire and motivate students, delivering high-quality teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and Key Stage 5 where applicable).

We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are eager to develop their practice in a dynamic and inclusive school environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and deliver engaging, challenging, and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners

* Monitor, assess, and report on student progress in line with school policies

* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student wellbeing and achievement

* Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives

* Participate in extracurricular activities and wider school life

* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is working towards it

* Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching

* Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills

* Is committed to raising achievement and supporting student progress

* Embraces continuous professional development and reflective practice

* Shares the school’s values of respect, resilience, and ambition
