About the Role
They are seeking a motivated Research Manager with around 4 years experience in a research agency, proficient in both qualitative and quantitative methods. In this role, you will manage mixed methodology research projects, extracting insights to uncover the core of consumer behaviour and trends.
Responsibilities include:
* Conducting qualitative and quantitative research, using methodologies such as focus groups, interviews, ethnography, questionnaire and survey design, and more.
* Keeping up to date with the consumer landscape to understand the challenges that clients face.
* Managing client relationships.
* Leading research projects independently.
* Supervising a team and fostering the development of junior staff.
* Working across sectors such as retail, FMCG, fashion, lifestyle, and tech.
About your Background
* Proven experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
* Strong client management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to run research projects independently.
* Team management and mentorship experience.
* Sector-specific experience in retail, FMCG, fashion, lifestyle, and tech.
