Overview:
Nomad Foods Europe is the market leading Branded frozen food company in Europe, encompassing Birdseye (UK & Ireland), Findus (Italy, France, Spain & Scandinavia), Iglo (rest of Continental Europe), Goodfellas (UK & Ireland) and Aunt Bessie's. Approximately 75% of Products are manufactured across a network of thirteen manufacturing sites with the remaining products produced by a network of 3rd party Copackers.
Nomad operates a centralised Supply Chain model with the Leadership Team and the Procurement team being based in Woking.
The Supply Chain Finance team is part of the Finance function and acting as business partners to the Operations Team.
The job holder will need to develop a thorough understanding of the factories and planning operations, both from a financial perspective and operationally. To do this they will need to establish excellent working relationships with senior management in the Finance support centre, factories and marketing units.
1. The key responsibility of the role is to deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, analysis, insight and control of Supply Chain actual performance and forecasts. This includes the factory P&L's, savings projects delivery, bonus metric reporting and factory conversion cost per tonne
2. The role is the key administrator of the BPC system used to report Nomad Factory performance
3. The role is also responsible for accurate and timely consolidation of actual and forecast expenditure on capital investments, as well as being administrator of the sign-off process for individual capital requests
4. The role with manage the capex approval system go to contact for all factories relating to this. The role will also manage the actuals & LV reporting to group & working closely with Group Engineering
5. The role also supports the Supply Chain Finance Manager on key elements of the end-to-end Standard COGs process including variance analysis and
