Job purpose: This role is designed for a driven and detail-oriented individual seeking to build experience in development projects within the retail and foodservice space. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with the wider Development team to support a wide range of strategic and commercial initiatives across the UK and Ireland. Your work will directly contribute to the success of new concepts and expansion plans Benefits : Simplyhealth cash plan, Retail Trust, life insurance, and up to 25% in-store discounts Key Responsabilities: Assist with the creation of strategic and commercially targeted presentation decks (PowerPoint) for internal and external stakeholders Support project planning activities, including the maintenance of project timelines, actions, and progress tracking to ensure a quality and timely delivery Help prepare business cases and feasibility assessments for new development initiatives Coordinate and prepare meetings, manage follow-ups and support cross-functional communication with key internal departments, Paris HQ and external partners To assemble, organise and direct the resources necessary for the successful completion of work, ensuring that appropriate teams are in place, with the right resources needed to meet objectives Support in ensuring brand guidelines and commercial objectives are reflected in all development proposals Provide administrative support to the Development team including document control, reporting, and data management Support project delivery from contract award through to successful store opening.
