The successful candidate must be a target-driven team player with Sales Manager experience within Estate Agency.
Candidates must be UK residents, ideally living within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

* Strong understanding of the Estate Agency industry
* Track record in listing and winning business
* Proven experience in residential sales
* Well presented
* Strong customer focus with a keen drive for securing new business
* Sales and target driven with good business winning skills
* Confidence to build trust and rapport
* Well-spoken with a good telephone manner
* Leadership qualities and ability to motivate and guide a team
* Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
About the Company:

Compensation & Benefits:
* Basic salary £30,000 - £32,000
* OTE £65,000 - £70,000 (£65,000 guaranteed for 6 months)
* Car Allowance
* Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 6pm, Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, every other Saturday 9.30am - 3.30pm
