In doing so, Hussle creates a thriving ecosystem for both gym goers, gym owners, and companies that promote health and wellbeing. This role will support the ongoing growth of Hussle within the UK employee benefit space, focusing specifically on London.

1. Pipeline Management: You manage a pipeline of sales opportunities that need to be qualified, engaged, and signed-up to provide Hussle as an employee benefit at targeted companies
2. Client Feedback & Process Optimisation: You provide feedback and insights to the business to improve our proposition and optimise the sales process
3. Lead Generation & Qualification: You carry out lead generation and target company research in assigned regions and sectors, and you qualify and convert marketing-generated leads
4. Events & Webinars: You participate in, and occasionally lead, events and webinars to support lead generation and increase brand awareness
5. Sales Pitches: You prepare and present customised sales pitches to senior decision makers at target companies
Your fitness level
6. Location: You are based in or around London, or you possess excellent knowledge of the London corporate landscape
7. Sales Experience: You have proven experience selling employee benefit solutions and packages to HR and Finance teams across companies of all sizes, and ideally bring additional experience in B2B SaaS sales
8. Communication: You have exceptional communication and presenting skills
9. Negotiation: You are confident at handling objections and negotiating good outcomes for all parties
10. Closing Skills: You have strong closing abilities, a commercially sharp mind, and plenty of resilience to consistently deliver new business for the company
11. Tools: You are used to working with sales tools like Salesforce (or similar)
12. Industry Knowledge: You have experience in the health and fitness industry on a professional or personal level (nice-to-have)
Your training goal for your first 6 months
13. Sales Process & CRM: You understood the sales process and the use of the key methodologies we used, and you were a confident user of Salesforce
14. Territory Planning: You built a detailed and approved territory plan for your region
15. Events: You completed 2 outbound lead generation sales events in your region
16. Sales Meetings: You aimed to conduct around 5 or more new client meetings per week to actively build and grow your pipeline
17. Close Sales: You consistently won enough deals to achieve your on-target earnings

22. Compensation: Earn an OTE between £55,000 and £70,000 p.a., with 70% base salary and 30% variable component
