As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Duties
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
* Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and making recommendations.
* Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
* Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
* Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management as needed.
Skills

* Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable.
