Job Description
As a Systems Development Software Engineer, you will sit within our Siemens Teamcenter team, playing a key role in supporting and enhancing critical toolsets used across engineering and manufacturing. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure these systems enable efficient processes, drive productivity, and support the delivery of high‑quality engineering outcomes.
Core duties
* Develop, configure, and support the Siemens Teamcenter Enterprise application to meet business and engineering requirements
* Configure and maintain interfaces between components of the PLM system, ensuring seamless integration across platforms
* Provide defect resolution, configuration support, and design innovative PLM solutions to optimise workflows
* Support data migration activities and contribute to testing to ensure system accuracy and reliability
* Deploy applications into the development environment, supporting the full software lifecycle and continuous improvement
Essential Skills
* Proven experience of delivering and working with Siemens Teamcenter Enterprise and associated engineering and manufacturing toolsets
* Thin Client, Classic Client and Corporate server customisation
* Participation in design and solution architecture sessions and collaboration with Siemens
* Proven experience of specialised third line support in either a Windows or Unix/Linux environment
* Experience of application Change Management
