Join Amtivo Group, a purpose-driven global organisation supporting over 30,000 clients across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. We help businesses succeed through certification, compliance, and technology — and we do it with integrity, agility, and collaboration at the core.
We’re now looking for a People Team Business Partner to support the delivery of our Group People Strategy, with a particular focus on our operations in the Americas. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working across time zones and building strong relationships internationally.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work closely with teams across the Group — especially in the U.S. — to implement and support people initiatives that enable the business to achieve its Budget and 3-Year Plan (3YP).
Resourcing & Onboarding
* Partner with Talent Acquisition and team leads in the U.S. to develop consistent onboarding and training plans across the Group.
* Maintain accurate contractor agreements in the U.S., and liaise with Delivery and Client Services to manage challenges and reduce risk in the contractor model.
Strategic People Planning
* Act as a key liaison between the Group People Team and Americas teams, feeding into regional planning and supporting changes to operational plans.
* Support the development and implementation of compliant HR policies aligned with local laws and business needs.
Employee Relations & Support
* Advise team leads on performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring alignment with both Group procedures and local legislation.
* Handle employee queries with care and professionalism, identifying and escalating recurring issues to drive continuous improvement.
Compliance & Reporting
* Oversee payroll data processes in collaboration with the U.S. Finance Team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Stay informed on U.S. state and federal employment legislation, using external resources and experts to ensure Group compliance.
* Maintain up-to-date contractor and employee records across regions.
What You’ll Bring
* 4+ years’ experience in an HR-focused role, ideally in a business partnering capacity.
* Experience working across UK and U.S. HR practices is highly desirable.
* Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* The ability to collaborate across time zones
* A values-led mindset — someone who acts with integrity and communicates openly.
