Ward 4 is a busy care of the elderly/orthogeriatric ward. The main duties of the Nursing Assistant on the ward will involve caring for patients ensuring standards of care are met. This includes assisting patients with all activities of daily living, washing and dressing, promoting independence, assisting with meals ensuring adequate oral intake and general ward duties.
