We are looking for an enthusiastic results driven individual to join our operations department. You will work closely with engineers, and operation managers to contribute to the businesses success. Duties Provide administrative support to managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Analyse operational data to identify trends, risk, or areas of concern and escalate findings to management. Track and report on KPI's related to performance, productivity throughout the working day. Coordinate engineers' workloads effectively to maximise productivity throughout the working day. Prepare and share progress reports. Hold regular check-in calls with engineers to discuss updates, queries, and any technical challenges they may be facing. Maintain and update accurate information with internal systems. Monitor job statuses and liaise with engineers to obtain updates on progress or issues, escalating to management when necessary. Handle queries and assist with resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner when required. Assist in resolving disputes related to completed work to ensure the business can invoice accordingly. Report directly to the Senior operations Manager to support operational performance and continuous improvement. Investigate engineer-aborted jobs and identify trends. Role requirements Strong organisational and administrative skills. Experience in a admin role previously. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and reliability. Computer Literate, I.T skills, experience with Microsoft Outlook. Good organisational skills and the ability to multi-task. Keen attention to detail, working accurately under pressure. Good written and verbal communication skills. Reliable and Punctual. Role Details 22 days holiday allowance an extra day after yearly work anniversary (up to 25) 40 hours working week Company pension Salary - Over 21 years - £25,396.80. Under 21 years -£20,800.00 (Increasing in April 26)
