Security Officer
The Groucho Club is looking for an experienced Security Officer to join our Security team. Our next Security needs to have proactive energy, a positive can-do attitude and friendly personality alongside all the other skills that make you a top Security Officer. Why is this so important? What You’ll Be Doing
* To maintain the security, safety and welfare of both employees and members alike.
* To safeguard and patrol the premises and reputation of the Club.
* Be a representative of the Club and positively impact member perceptions.
* Provide exceptional customer service to our employees and to our members.
* Respond to security incidents within the Club and prepare reports on such incidents.
* Attend and actively participate in daily meetings.
* Exhibit good judgement and discretion when dealing with members and support employees with situations such as intoxication within the Club.
* Monitoring and reviewing CCTV

* Must have an outgoing and confident personality.
* Be smart and well presented at all times.
* Have a SIA Security Guard licence.
* Must have a good understanding of security operations and procedures.
* Must have the ability to maintain professional self-control when dealing with uncommon and challenging circumstances.
* Computer skills are desired.
* You must have excellent oral and written communications skills.
* You should be focussed on delivering excellent customer service to our employees and our members.
* You must have the ability to interact successfully at several social levels and across diverse values.
* Proficiency to carry out multiple assignments concurrently is desired.
* Capability to adapt to changes in the environment is desired.
