About the Role
Reporting to the CRM Manager, this role supports the day-to-day delivery of the CRM communications plan to our group CRM database.
The role involves building and deploying targeted Consumer Led campaigns based on consumer and business needs to deliver incremental returns, support trading and commercial objectives, and foster long-term consumer engagement.
Key Responsibilities – What you’ll be doing
* Set up, test, and maintain vouchers.
* Manage competitions and select winners.
* Support budget management and purchase order processing.
* Test and proof communications.
* Write data briefs and update them.
* Collaborate with the CRM manager and analytics team to deliver targeted communications, from testing to full deployment, ensuring relevant offers and content reach consumers timely across multiple channels.
* Translate business requirements into direct consumer activation plans with key stakeholders.
* Gather and consolidate requirements from internal stakeholders, including marketing, trading, clinical teams, propositions, and joint venture partners.
* Work with CRM Managers to develop an optimal consumer contact plan that maximizes growth and impact based on priorities.
* Use consumer insights, responses, and analysis to shape and influence future strategies, acting as the “voice of our consumers”.
* Coordinate with marketing teams to deliver cohesive messaging, campaigns, and content aligned with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
* Assist the CRM Manager in working with commercial teams to develop and approve testing business cases.
* Partner with analytics to identify opportunities, define testing methods, and analyze results.
About You – What you’ll bring to the role
* Degree educated, preferably with relevant marketing qualifications and substantial experience.
* Experience managing consumer relationship marketing programs.
* Strong collaborator with a proven ability to build relationships across teams.
* Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, hands-on approach, including proofing and copywriting.
* Empathy for consumers, with a passion for understanding and responding to their needs.
