Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager located in Thurso. The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining operational standards. Key tasks include coordinating with department heads, handling customer inquiries and complaints, managing budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves staff training, maintaining service excellence, and contributing to strategic planning.
