Role Purpose
The Supporter Liaison Officer (SLO) will represent the interests of supporters within the Club, ensuring effective two-way communication and helping to build a positive matchday and community experience. The SLO will also support the Club in building relationships with stakeholders including local authorities, fan groups, and the FAW.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact between Flint Town United supporters and the Club.
* Communicate fans' views and concerns to the Club Board in a constructive and professional way.
* Share club information, updates, and policies with the supporter base through appropriate channels (meetings, social media, email, matchday announcements).
* Assist in coordinating fan engagement initiatives such as surveys, fan forums, and community events.
* Help promote a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment at the Essity Stadium.
* Liaise with other Welsh and UK club SLOs, the FAW, and supporter organisations to share best practice.
* Support the development of new initiatives aimed at improving matchday experiences and growing attendances.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to remain impartial, fair, and approachable when dealing with supporter issues.
* Organised and reliable, able to manage multiple priorities.
* Passionate about Flint Town United and improving the supporter experience.
* Confident using digital communication tools (email, social media, surveys).
* Previous experience in customer service, fan engagement, or community liaison (desirable but not essential).
Requirements
* Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends (particularly matchdays).
* Commitment to safeguarding and equality standards within football.
* Must be over 18.
