We are seeking a Senior Simulation Consultant to deliver high-quality consulting training and onboarding services to Minitab this customer-facing role youll combine your technical expertise in process improvement and business modelling with your ability to teach guide and inspire clients. You will play a pivotal role in helping organisations unlock the full potential of Minitabs solutions while contributing to the continued growth and excellence of our global consulting practice.
What Youll Do
* Deliver consulting coaching and training that help clients solve real-world business challenges using Minitab solutions.
* Partner with customers to identify opportunities model processes and deliver impactful simulations.
* Present Minitabs core and advanced training courses at customer sites and virtual sessions worldwide.
* Collaborate across teams Sales Support Product and Marketing to ensure seamless customer experiences.
* Refine training content and drive continuous improvement in our service delivery.
* Represent Minitab at industry conferences and client events.
What you Bring
* Degree in Engineering Data Analytics Operations Research or related field.
* 25 years experience in business modelling simulation or process improvement.
* Strong communication and presentation skills comfortable leading workshops and customer sessions.
* Skilled in problem-solving project management and delivering measurable outcomes.
* Collaborative mindset and curiosity to keep learning.
* Willing to travel occasionally within the UK and internationally.
