Role Overview
Due to continued growth, we are excited to be expanding our Sales Team. Reporting to the Telesales Team Leader, you will be goal-oriented, target-driven, and ready to take your sales skills to the next level. As a Telesales Executive at firmus energy, you’ll be part of a new team that’s all about hitting targets and growing together. Whether you’ve got experience in sales, customer retention, or any other target-driven role, this could be your chance to shine and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities
* Conduct both inbound and outbound sales calls for Gas and Electricity customers.
* Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
* Handling customer objections
* Skilled in dealing with vulnerable customers
* Meet all business KPI’s
* Adhere to industry regulations
* Managing all customer interactions
* Promote the firmus brand in a positive way
* Deliver professional and accurate information to all our potential customers
* Undertake any other duties as directed by the Telesales Team Leader or Sales Manager
Experience Requirements
* At least 6 months direct sales experience in a contact centre (inbound or outbound), customer retention or another customer facing direct sales role
* Proven record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong communication skills, both verbal and listening, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Customer-focused mindset with a professional and positive approach.
