This established client, a leading software provider, is looking to recruit an Implementation Consultant to manage the full implementation life cycle & data migration for a retained client list. This role involves scoping and project planning, understanding client requirements, configuration, migration, product demonstration, developing new reports, and delivering training.
Daily duties include managing individual projects, implementing software, migrating existing data, remaining hands-on with service delivery, advising clients on their projects, designing new materials to match new features, and conducting initial project "kick-off" meetings through to post "Go Live" assessments.
Core responsibilities:
* Manage the full Software Implementation Life Cycle from scoping to go-live and beyond
* Support implementation and migration activities
* Oversee data accuracy and manage IT project requests to resolution
* Configure software to meet client requirements
* Maintain records and documentation related to implementations and project management
Core experience:
* At least 3 years' experience in a Consultant/BA role
* Energy industry experience is required
* Experience managing software implementations from install to go-live
* Excellent client-facing and communication skills, liaising with stakeholders from board level to workshops
* Ability to manage workloads and liaise with customers effectively
* Proactive attitude with a 'can do' approach
* Experience with migration projects
