Your Role & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the end-to-end paint process, ensuring every vehicle meets the rigorous standards expected by leading manufacturers.
* Precision Spraying: Apply two-pack materials to full panels and vehicles to a showroom standard.
* Technical Prep: Prepare surfaces, perform minor bodywork repairs, and mask areas with care.
* Equipment Mastery: Set up and maintain spray guns and manual equipment for optimal performance.
* Safety First: Maintain a clean, professional, and safe working environment.
Requirements
* Proven Experience: A solid background in vehicle paint spraying is essential.
* Technical Skill: Proficiency with two-pack materials and surface preparation.
* Driving License: A full UK license (maximum 6 points for minor offences).
* Reliability: A commitment to high-quality workmanship and punctuality.
