Job Description
Reporting to the Guest Relations Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
* Oversee and resolve all guest communication in a professional and courteous manner.
* Respond to all guests in a timely manner, ensure follow-up with attention to detail.
* Attend to the needs of guests and help them organize their accommodations while staying at the hotel.
* Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and organization skills required.
* Previous customer service experience required.
* A high level of both Spanish and English, spoken and written, is essential.
Applicants are kindly requested to possess either EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Spain.
