In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting both the teacher and our incredible pupils—each with their own unique strengths, needs, and personalities. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting teachers in delivering creative, engaging, and inclusive learning experiences Anticipating and responding to the needs of students with a range of additional and complex needs Helping create a calm, structured, and positive learning environment Being a consistent, trusted adult for children who need stability, encouragement, and patience Essential Requirements Experience working with vulnerable children or adults Availability during school hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm) A genuine passion for helping children thrive Desirable but Not Essential Experience as a teaching assistant supporting SEN/SEMH pupils Strong behaviour management strategies A proactive, resilient, and nurturing approach to challenges Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is: Patient, adaptable, and calm under pressure Skilled at building positive relationships Confident in supporting or adapting learning for pupils with varied needs Passionate about helping young people reach their full potential If you are driven, compassionate, and ready to make a life-changing impact, we would love to hear from you.
