We’re looking for a Showroom Manager who can combine commercial acumen with inspiring leadership. You’ll take ownership of your showroom’s performance, driving profitability, building strong customer relationships, and leading your team to deliver outstanding service. From sales and purchasing to problem-solving and market opportunities, you’ll have the scope to make a real impact.
What you’ll be doing
* Growing the showroom’s customer base and developing new business opportunities
* Maximising profitability by reviewing costs, managing stock, and identifying efficiencies
* Leading and motivating your team to deliver great service and safe working practices
* Representing Benchmarx with professionalism across the trade community
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in a similar showroom, sales, or trade merchant role
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* A proactive approach with the confidence to work independently
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Kitchen industry knowledge is a bonus – whether professional or personal passion
