We are currently seeking a Home Ownership & Commercial Officer to join our team.
This role is pivotal in managing the organisation's leasehold, freehold, and shared ownership stock, including income management.

Requirements
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing efficient, quality, and customer-focused management services to homeowners and commercial tenants.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
* Supporting the Home Ownership and Commercial Coordinator and Manager to achieve performance targets, maximize income, reduce voids, and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Managing all commercial, leasehold, and homeownership properties, including intermediate rents, in line with legislation and best practices.
* Responding promptly to internal and external queries.
* Ensuring maximum recovery of income and arrears, and managing charges related to Section 20 works.
* Maintaining accurate records in compliance with data protection policies.
* Contributing to continuous process improvements within the team.
Candidate Profile:
* Full driving licence and vehicle with business insurance.
* Strong experience and knowledge in leasehold management and homeownership.
* Experience in housing/property sector, familiar with shared ownership, leasehold administration, and commercial lettings.
* Understanding of relevant legislation and property management procedures.
* Knowledge of leasehold housing management, including shared ownership and Right to Buy, plus neighbourhood management and dealing with ASB, income collection, and complaints.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Willingness to cover areas in North Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, and North West.
