Manpower Engineering are delighted to be partnering with a company dedicated to keeping Britain's waterways safe and fully operational, as they look to recruit a skilled Workshop Operative.
Responsibilities
* Fabrication: Cleaning and finishing completed lock gates and bolts.
* Joinery: Supporting the general upkeep and smooth running of the workshop.
Working hours
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm. Friday: 7:30am – 12:30pm.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar workshop or fabrication environment.
* Valid Abrasive Wheel is essential.
Location
Please note that this role will only suit candidates who live within a commutable distance from WF3, as there is no provision for travel or accommodation.
