Responsibilities
* Undertake strengths‑based assessments and deliver appropriate person‑centred support and outcomes for people in Cumbria who have care and support needs.
* Promote independence and enable individuals/groups to maximise their strengths; work with stakeholders for better outcomes.
* Actively promote the work of the Cumbria County Council, internally and externally, on the development and delivery of continuously improving modern and competitive services for the people of Cumbria.
Salary and Working Hours
Salary: £42,839 to £44,075 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Carlisle
Contract: Permanent

This role requires a DBS check. The level of check is an Enhanced DBS check with an Adults Barred List check.
