Job Description:
Catering Administration Assistant, 25 hours, 5 days per week.
We are looking to recruit an experienced administration assistant to join our team.
You will be responsible for general administrative duties in line with the department's needs.
Requirements include:
* Experience in administration
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Knowledge of NHS systems such as Pecos/NCIS
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional duties include:
* Printing menus as required
* Filing H&S and other departmental paperwork
* Responding to and booking hospitality requests
* Answering queries from other departments
* Ordering stock items online or via phone
