Prinova Europe Ltd. is an inclusive employer and a member of myGwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community. This role is for a Warehouse Operative, 6am - 2pm, Monday to Friday (Full-time, Permanent). On site in Aylesford, Kent.
What is a Warehouse Operative at Prinova? This role is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operation of the warehouse is carried out according to procedures and health and safety guidelines, under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor. The role involves manual handling and providing support to internal customers to aid the smooth running of the department.

Responsibilities
* Maintain a high level of tidiness in the Warehouse area and Yard; remove hazards or obstructions according to procedure.
* Complete daily requirements including: daily dispatch, incoming goods, finished goods prep, production picking.
* Assist with production daily requirements and prepare bulk/part goods for production.
* Follow instructions from the Warehouse Supervisor & Team Leader.
* Ensure daily FLT checks are completed and documented; report any defects to the WH supervisor immediately.
* Complete all other warehouse checks as per rota.
* Arrange disposal of production waste; assist with the sampling room requirements.
* Liaise with Customer Support and outside transport providers to ensure smooth dispatch of orders.
* Carry out any other reasonable task as requested by the Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader and Production Supervisor.
* Work safely and follow all safety requirements.
Qualifications
* Forklift Licenses – Reach and counterbalance up to 1600 Kg
* Relevant experience within a warehouse environment
* Good communication skills
* Excellent numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure while paying attention to detail
* Ability to learn and operate an in-house computer system
* Team player, able to work as part of a team and support others within the department and organization
